This is a commercial broiler house. Note the large fans at the end. These pull air down the house from the other end. The air enters the other end of the house through cool cell pads, pads with water that is constantly running through them, to assist in cooling the air. These houses are often up to 20 F cooler inside than the outside air temperature!
